Anglo Platinum wishes to announce that it is continuing its exploration programme in Canada by converting its exploration agreement with Pacific North West Capital Corporation ("PFN") pertaining to the River Valley Project near Sudbury, Ontario in Canada into a Joint Venture. The Joint Venture interests are equally shared but Anglo Platinum has certain additional participation rights. PFN will continue to manage the project.
